Here's something we didn't expect on Labor Day: Lil Wayne dropped a new "Dedication" mixtape, almost four years since the last mixtape in the series. Just to put it in perspective, it's been nearlys three years since Weezy dropped "No Ceilings," a free mixtape he dropped in fall of '09 before heading to Rikers. Last summer, he dropped "Sorry 4 the Wait," an unmemorable project to hype "Carter IV." And now we have a new free project that includes Wayne enlisting Nicki Minaj for a cover of G.O.O.D. Music's "Mercy." But the stand-out track, which just might be the tape's silverlining from MEH, is "Green Ranger" featuring a nasty verse by J. Cole. What do you think?
